Cayman Islands and other flag-state regimes for limited commercial use by privately registered yachts in defined EU jurisdictions.
YET is the Cayman Shipping Registry's specific framework, replicated in similar form by Marshall Islands, Isle of Man, and Bahamas. It allows a privately registered yacht to undertake up to 84 days commercial charter per calendar year, in specified EU jurisdictions (Cayman: France, Monaco; Marshall Islands: France, Monaco, Croatia; Isle of Man: France, Monaco, Greece). Conversion requires Yacht Code Chapter II compliance for the duration of charter operation.
