MYBA publishes the standard charter agreement (MYBA Charter Agreement, current edition 2024), the standard memorandum of agreement for sale and purchase, the inventory form, and the central agency agreement. The MYBA forms govern the majority of charters above 24 metres in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
